Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original Hamilton Jewelers presentation box and include all certificates, warranty cards, and the original sales receipt.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; all returns are fully insured during transit.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Upon arrival, our master jewelers will inspect the item for quality assurance before we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
